I butchered up my first chicken a few minutes ago… I had always purchased precut birds in the past, but Alton recommended on his show “Fry Hard II: The Chicken” to cut up your own birds… After doing it, it isn’t that difficult, although I need better knives and some more practice… This is all in preparation for some good Pan-Fried Chicken tomorrow… mmmmmm…

No, a whole dead chicken, like perdue, cut into pieces by me as opposed to buying chicken parts cut by a butcher under cellowrap.
