It took a bigger set of doors, a reciprocating saw, lots of rigging, some unplanned trim, and gallons of pain and anguish, but I finished installing the closet doors tonight.

congrats! now you have to stand in the hall and stare at them and be proud of being done.
Ugh. I’ve got a set of those in my future. I hope mine aren’t so painful. More on that in my next entry. :)
Looks nice… I think the trim really works, so that’s a happy misfortune…. 8^)
Looks good! Wish I had a closet that big in my place…
If it makes you feel any better, it’s only about 11 inches deep, not even deep enough for a regular hanger.
This is what Corinna had you doing while she was eating cheese, drinking wine and taking naps? Poor Shawn! Doesn’t seem fair!
Heh, well, to be honest, I only did the threshold and wall trim during her trip to MI. I spent most of the time in NJ with my family… :)
And I know you know this (based on mail you’ve sent), but it’s spelled Sean. :)
Yes, I do no better. Don’t know what my problem is. I’ll blame this on the fact that we have a new guy at work named Shawn.
i guess you are going to have to chop those bodies up before you shove them in your closet
