I hate our current administration, and the way it has handled this catastrophe is shameful, but I think people are blowing that quote way out of proportion.. It was from public comments, and it likely was just a slip of the tongue. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar… Harping on something like this only obscures the real problems in our gov’t.
I don’t think the the fact that he misspoke really has any deep meaning. To me it is of more symbolic value and irony.
