I got a letter in the mail today telling me that the Squarepusher/Plaid show I was supposed to go to on the 25th was cancelled due to Tom Jenkinson’s illness… That sucks….

… i should go to bed, i guess….

…but the world stays the same…

For those of you who weren’t aware, I was visiting phyber this weekend in her new apartment. I had a wonderful time with her, and she documented the weekend well in her journal, so I guess you should start there… She cooked some of her world-famous spicy chicken, which was great… Hot and sweet…. She also let me lug her electronics equipment, including her 27" television all the way up the stairs to her 3rd floor apartment! yay! =)

I wish I had more time to spend with her, but it is still pretty busy at work, and she just started her new job, so I can’t imagine she would be able to take any substantial amount of time off just yet…

Each time I travel by air it reinforces my hatred for the airlines…. No matter what I do something gets in the way of a timely (i can deal with a little delay) trip….

Just hanging out with Chris, about to go get some grub… Going to Aunt Kathy & Uncle Bob’s later tonight, probably for dinner.

Yesterday’s flight was horribly delayed, I don’t want to even get into it….

of course, I am not leaving boston, I am just visiting phyber for the weekend…. I haven’t seen her in ages, so it will be great to do so…. I still have a few errands to take care of before I head out to the airport…

phyber found this song a few years ago when we were both at RIT. It’s now being used in a Mercedes ad… Crazy… :)

Ok…. I can live without power, but it really sucks having to try and sleep without ANY air moving in the apartment when it is 84 degrees out…. Fortunately the power just came back on and air has resumed circulating… The sucky thing is that when the power came back I was just starting to fall asleep… At least now I can fall asleep in comfort. :)

We released our “Summer Release” today, finally… Go grab it and get some trial subscriptions if you want an idea of what I have been working on for the past 3+ months… :)

I have loved this song ever since I heard it live in the SAU Cafeteria my freshman year….

I am so glad that my DSL is working… It is so nice to actually be able to use my machine again.. :) It is plenty fast and doesn’t seem to cause any problems…. I played nice and installed all the magic DSL filters…

Obviously, I accomplished nothing productive tonight, but I spent a bunch of time talking to phyber tonight, which is cool.
