Someone sent this message to our customer service address just a few minutes ago:

Might I suggest that you indicate up front that the RovReader is Windows only (indeed, Windows Millennium Edition, 2000, 98, or NT 4.0 only)?

You are leaving Mac users, a substantial minority in post-secondary education, unable to access your e-books.

I, for one, will not install a Windows machine in my office just to access your products. And using a Windows emulator on a Mac is cumbersome and annoying. So, I am highly unlike to become a customer or user.

Now, you might think I find this message funny because I don’t like mac users, or because I enjoy watching people get angry, yet I am amused not by these factors, but instead because we clearly offer a Macintosh version of our software from our download page.
