It seems that the power was abruptly shut off in NRH, so the CSH machines were very ungracefully shut down… So I am not going to be answering my CSH mail until this situation is resolved… The douche nozzles at RIT never cease to amaze me…

I got my 3-disc set of Good Eats DVDs today, and I was surprised to find out that I hadn’t seen one of the 9 episodes (Churn Baby Churn, on making Ice Cream). I love that damn show, plus, on each of the 3 discs there is a 20-30 minute session where Alton answers viewer mail… Lots of good information covered in those segments, some rehashed from episodes and some all new…
