pretty braindead install, seems real nice and fast….
requires a PPPoE stack which apparently is a real nightmare under Windows [not Be… it is very elegant under Be] (I need a Network Control Panel entry for my NIC, Dial-up Adapter, VPN Dialup Adapter, PPPoE Adapter,…) I think I am going to pick up a Netgear RT314 Firewall/Router that has PPPoE built into it so I don’t have to deal with all that shit being installed…
it will work as long as you don’t have an isdn residue on your circuit. =)
heheheh…. :)
Let me know how that goes. I’m going to get one from them once I get to Pittsburgh, although I’m going to get my actual service from CMU.
