Finally

I finally beat the mission I had been stuck on in Super Mario Sunshine. I hadn’t tried to beat it in awhile, but when I was first playing the game a year or so ago I was stuck on this mission for a week or so before I gave up (Ricco Harbor, Mission 8). It was this annoying Yoshi mission where you had to turn fish into moving platforms… Boy did it suck.

    1. If it makes you feel any better, that was just because of iJournal’s stupid “remember settings” feature, which I need to keep on to keep “preformatted” on. I should really just edit the source to do what I want.

I *DID* go back and edit the post directly after posting it to remove the music, but apparently iJournal didn’t actually apply the change.

  1. It took me forever to figure out that I needed to eat a different kind of fruit to make the platforms go up instead of sideways.

    That’s what you did, right?

snake, snake, oh, it’s a snake

    1. That’s exactly what I did, and once I figured that out, the mission bordered on easy. It’s just they did such a good job of hiding that fruit off that first “permanent platform” that I didn’t find it until I started spazzing out in frustration after a year of trying. :)
