I went to the dentist for my last appointment for a few months (other than the upcoming dental surgery) to get my last cavity filled… That was a breeze, I walk back to work, get a sandwich on the way, finish lunch, and then the temporary crown (on the tooth which needs surgery) falls off… I guess I will have to head back over there to get it reattached…

It’s called a “crown lengthening”… There’s this notion of “biological distance”, which as I understand it is the minimum amount of space there needs between the tooth and the bone… Well, in some cases with crowns, you need to remove some bone to increase the amount of space…
So it’s going to suck alot…
